Hybrid Montessori Training Information
MDC combines the principles of Montessori education with modern technology, allowing for flexibility in learning while maintaining the core philosophy of the Montessori method. This type of training blends in-person and online components, enabling educators to experience the practical, hands-on aspects of Montessori teaching, while also benefiting from the flexibility and convenience of remote learning.
The Hybrid Breakdown:
- Synchronous:
- Adult learners attend Zoom session with the instructor
- Asynchronous:
- Adult learners work through online modules independently
- In-Residence:
- Adult learners are at Montessori Development Center of DFW with the instructor

Schedule
January-May 2025:
Virtual Classes begin
In person- Once a Month, every second weekend of the month, Friday and Saturdays from 9:00am-4:30pm.
Summer (2025) Schedule
July 14th-19th, 2025, In person instruction at Montessori Development Center of DFW.
Monday-Friday – 9am-4:30pm
Practicum
A nine-month practicum provides the adult learner with the opportunity to practice the Montessori philosophy and lessons under the guidance of an experienced instructor/mentor at a school of your choice. Each adult learner must secure their own practicum site that meets the criteria of the practicum agreement and must be at a Montessori School that meets AMS and MDC standards.
